1.5 Cups garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained
1.5 Cups fava beans, rinsed & drained
1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
3 Romano tomatoes, chopped
2 T olive oil, extra virgin
1 T cumin, ground
Juice of one whole lemon
1 T sea salt
In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the beans. Fold in the beans. Tastes even better the next day!
